Our employees will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have on our meats, and they can also offer you some ideas on what to cook for dinner! In October of 2012 we started carrying Certified Angus Beef as our main beef brand. Since our transition to this superior line of beef, our customers have raved at the consistency and quality of the products that they get from us. We have also been ranked in the TOP 10 for Independent Retailers in the entire country every single month since we started carrying this brand!! Not too bad for a little store like us! We also make our own Hot and Sweet Italian Sausage fresh every day. We have it available loose, in rope or also as patties. We now have a featured Sausage of the Week too. This special sausage changes every Thursday and includes some fan favorites like our Florentine Sausage, Broccoli Rabe, Everything Sausage (with Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms and Cheddar), and our Chorizo Sausage with Roasted Peppers, Black Beans and Cheddar Cheese.
We also make our own ground beef here every single day. We grind it in small batches throughout the day to ensure freshness. We offer our Lean Ground Beef (Chuck), which has a little more fat (flavor) and is great for burgers, meatballs, meatloaf and tacos...just to name a few. We also have our Extra Lean Ground Beef (Round) that has less fat for those who like a leaner ground beef.
In addition to ground beef and pork, we also grind our own fresh chicken breast to order at our meat counter. It is a great alternative to ground beef if you are looking for a new twist on some of your favorite recipes. We also make our own Chicken Sausage every week too. We make it in small batches and freeze it within a half hour to ensure its freshness. Some of our delicious flavors include Buffalo, Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, Chorizo, Garlic & Cheese and Country Sage. One of my favorite go-to dishes for a quick dinner is our Hot Italian Chicken Sausage with Cavatelli & Broccoli. It is delicious!

We also have a full array of wraps, salads and paninis that are already prepared and ready for you to take in our self-serve deli case. So, no matter what you are looking for...we've got you covered!
